BurnOUTrunner
Is it a tower defense?
Is it a management sim?
Is it a typing game?
Is it a survival horror?
NO! It's BurnOUTrunner, the most realistic freelance simulator ever made! This one's the Translator Edition, but it adapts effortlessly to any underpaid profession at imminent risk of being replaced by AI!
Climb your way toward the peaks of game localization glory, pick and nurture your clients (or tell them to get lost), juggle your expenses and customize your workspace to optimize time and productivity. Hop between a thousand translations, toss letters everywhere, and survive the relentless waves of task attacks!
Will you manage to complete at least one full year as a freelancer, or will you have to move back in with your parents?
Will you brilliantly overcome every challenge and discover what lies beyond the ultimate freelance achievement?
Find out in this delightful, chaotic stress defense with ugly graphics and mechanics that are… well, not quite polished yet!
Nothing may work properly, but between one frustration and the next, we're sure we'll get at least one laugh out of you!
[Please note:
Many events have not yet been implemented in the code and have no effect, but we kept them anyway because just reading them gives meaning to the entire game. We will implement them after the voting stage has finished!]

I really like the concept and the execution of BurnOUTrunner, the art style is exactly what I wanted. It is stressful in a fun way, and as an "as-needed" freelancer, this is exactly what it feels like.
